Stessy P.

Stessy P. serves as Chargée des RH at COLAS since November 2022, overseeing HR functions for four establishments and more than 270 employees, including payroll management, time management, personnel administration, training processes, and HR reporting. Previously, Stessy held the position of Gestionnaire des Ressources Humaines at Konecranes from 2020 to 2021, assisting the HR Director and managing payroll and training processes. Prior experience includes serving as Responsable recrutement at The Adecco Group in 2019-2020 and as Assistante ressources humaines at Groupe Grand Frais PRELODIS from 2015 to 2018, focusing on payroll, recruitment, training, and personnel administration. Stessy is currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR with a focus on strategic HR management at Studi, following a professional license in HR management from IUT Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and a BTS in Assistant Management from Dijon formation.
