Chanel Wilson

Chanel Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Chanel began their career in 2012 as a Front Desk employee at Jurys Inn Hotel Group. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Guest Services Coordinator at Royal Caribbean Group. In 2016, they joined Heathrow as part of the Security Aviation Delivery team, where they conducted audit checks and monitored compliance with ISO27001.

In 2018, Chanel transitioned into the IT field. Chanel worked as an IT Service Desk Engineer and Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at acrinax, providing technical support to clients and running data analytical reports. Chanel then joined Pacific Computers Montreal in 2020 as an IT Analyst, overseeing daily IT operations and resolving issues using remote tools.

In 2021, Chanel joined Sage as a Junior Consultant - Telecoms Engineer, where they supported clients globally with cloud contact center solutions. Later that year, they moved to Wesleyan as an IT Systems support, administering Azure Active Directory and managing end users' access to applications.

Currently, Chanel is employed at Colateral as a Software Implementation Specialist, utilizing their skills to implement software solutions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to handle IT operations, provide technical support, and collaborate with teams to solve complex problems.

Chanel Wilson completed their Bachelor of Arts in International Business at Staffordshire University from 2014 to 2015. Later, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued an E-learning Skills-based degree in MCSA Windows Server 2016 at Learning People. Prior to that, they attended the University of Birmingham from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Foundation degree in IT Systems with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Software Development Engineer Bootcamp Graduate from Navigatr's DIGI SHEDS in May 2022.
