Rick Nielsen is an experienced operations leader specializing in manufacturing and distribution, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Colbert Packaging. Previously, they held senior roles at Quad, including Plant Director, where they successfully managed plant operations and achieved significant sales growth. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity, Rick has spearheaded major operational changes in high-volume environments. They also hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Lakeland College, which they are pursuing.
