Jesse Begin

Jesse Begin, MPS, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations and Transformation at Colby College since September 2023, and as a Senior Generalist in Human Resources at Laramie County Community College since August 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at the University of Wyoming from October 2014 to August 2022, where Jesse held the position of Manager of Employee Relations, Training and Development. Jesse's professional background also encompasses a distinguished career in the United States Air Force from July 1993 to October 2014, with roles such as Director of Learning and Development, Human Resources Manager, and multiple positions in training and development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State World Campus (2018-2022), a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources Management from Park University (2008-2014), and three Associate’s Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Instructor of Technology and Military Science, Criminal Justice, and Aviation Maintenance Technology.
