Field Engineering Consultant at Cold Bore Technology

Innocent E. has a solid work experience in the oil and gas industry, spanning over 15 years. Innocent started their career as an International Field Engineer at Welltec in 2005, where they performed various down-hole robotics conveyance services and collaborated with the R&D department for product design improvements. Innocent also trained junior engineers and managed project teams.

After leaving Welltec, Innocent joined the company as a Service Delivery Manager, where they supervised mechanical intervention projects and significantly increased service quality satisfaction rates. Innocent also worked closely with the QHSE department to track and investigate onsite incidents.

In 2013, Innocent took on the role of Engineer-in-Charge, Operations at Welltec, where they provided project management support for opening new operation bases and delivered well intervention operations in multiple countries. Innocent'sleadership led to winning the 2014 global service quality award for operational excellence.

In 2015, Innocent joined Vigyan Chemicals Pvt. Ltd as a Business Development Partner, where they identified and cultivated sales leads, established relationships with partners, and coordinated various aspects of the business.

In 2018, Innocent became a Senior Operations Engineer at Altus Intervention, where they served as the primary point of contact for field operations. Innocent handled operations planning, execution, and closeout for a range of well intervention operations.

Most recently, Innocent joined Cold Bore Technology as a Field Engineering Consultant in 2020. In this role, they are responsible for setting up and troubleshooting the SMARTPAD® operating system, digitizing hardware and software for fracking and well monitoring operations, and collecting data from service providers on-site.

Innocent E. has pursued a diverse educational background in the field of business and engineering. Innocent completed a Postgraduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics at the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2021. Prior to this, Innocent obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in 2019. Earlier in their education, Innocent undertook a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Petroleum Engineering at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Lastly, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University). The start and end years for the latter two degrees were not specified.
