Jennifer Ellspermann SPHR began their work experience in 2001 as a co-op for Armor Metal Group and was eventually promoted to Corporate Human Resources Manager, responsible for overseeing HR for six related companies across four locations. During their time at Armor, they led employment and benefits integration for five acquisitions and implemented a HIPAA compliance program. In 2006, they joined Cold Jet as a Human Resources Manager, where they developed and implemented various HR programs and policies. In 2013, they were promoted to Human Resources Director at Cold Jet, with responsibilities including global HR management, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and regulatory compliance, among others.
