Founded in 2023, CpC was built to make the mental clarity and physical resilience of contrast therapy more accessible, social, and consistent. We pair guided cold water immersion and traditional sauna with a Seattle-rooted, Italian-inspired espresso bar to create a daily ritual that fuels performance, recovery, and connection.
