❄️ Tech-Enabled & Sustainable Cold Chain Hub | 8,400+ Pallets | Mehsana, Gujarat

About: Colden LLP is a state-of-the-art, greenfield cold storage landmark redefining temperature-controlled logistics for 2026. Strategically located in Mehsana, our 70,000 sq. ft. facility is engineered for the high-density requirements of the Food, FMCG, and Dairy Sectors. We bridge the gap between traditional warehousing and modern logistics through four core pillars:

1. Advanced Automation & Tech
We utilize Mobile Pallet Racking to maximize density and Conveyor Belt systems for touch-free handling. Our 7 dedicated dispatch docks—the largest staging area in its class—ensure the fastest possible turnaround times. All inventory is managed via a Warehouse Management Software for real-time traceability.

2. Superior Thermal Integrity
Our industrial Ammonia-Based Refrigeration maintains a consistent -22 degree celcius environment. With redundant compressor units and online data loggers for 24/7 temperature/humidity monitoring, your product integrity is never compromised.

3. Sustainability at Scale
Colden is a future-ready, energy-efficient facility. We have integrated a Rooftop Solar Grid, sensor-based LED lighting, and a Rainwater Harvesting system to offer a sustainable, low-carbon cold chain solution.

4. Global Safety Standards
Engineered for SIL3 safety compliance, our facility features the best-in-class firefighting systems, including ceiling sprinklers in both staging and high-bay storage areas.

Strategic Advantage: Located just 1.0 km from the McCain manufacturing facility, we offer unparalleled access for major processors.
