Dominga Cotarella, a graduate in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences from the Università della Tuscia, co-led Famiglia Cotarella, a prominent winery, starting in 2016. In 2017, alongside her sisters, Dominga founded Intrecci Alta Formazione to train future hospitality managers and also established Fattoria Tellus, an inclusive educational farm, in 2019. Currently, Dominga serves as President of the Fondazione Cotarella and President of Coldiretti Terni while being a member of the National Board of Coldiretti and the Board of Directors at the Università Foro Italico. In recognition of her contributions, Dominga was named a Knight of the Order of Merit of the Republic in December 2022 and included in Forbes Italia's list of 100 successful women in July 2023.
