With extensive experience in both law and technology, Troy's background includes roles as a Partner at Freeborn & Peters LLP and IP Senior Counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP. Troy holds multiple degrees, including a JD from Northwestern University and an MS in Computer Science from DePaul University.
