Jonathan Watson

Jonathan Watson is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technical leadership and software architecture. Currently serving as a Sr Principal Software Engineer at ColdSnap™ since January 2022, Jonathan leads the development of system software for the ColdSnap Ice Cream Machine, as well as manufacturing test and IoT cloud services software. Prior to this role, Jonathan held positions at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. as a Senior Principal Engineer and Software Architect for coffee brewers, and at Wind River, where key contributions included leadership in IoT device communication and VxWorks development. Additional experience includes managing software engineering at AeroSat Avionics and significant roles in software development at Airvana and Lucent Technologies. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.
