Stephen Sims

Stephen Sims, CQA CCFS PhD, is a seasoned professional in Food Safety and Quality Assurance, currently serving as the Director at ColdSnap. With extensive experience in corporate quality management and over 100 major audits, Stephen has led initiatives that include the launch of over 250 new products and the oversight of more than 100 manufacturing locations globally. Previous roles included leadership positions at Ocean Spray Cranberries and Jushi Holdings Inc., where Stephen focused on contract manufacturing and quality oversight. Stephen holds a PhD and a BSc with Honours in Chemistry from the University of Bath, further establishing a strong foundation in scientific management.
