Dylan Bernier

Dylan Bernier is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Support Engineer at Coleman Research since March 2020, Dylan is responsible for managing all IT hardware and software utilized by employees, handling a range of issues from Windows OS and Office365 to various third-party applications. Prior to this role, Dylan worked as an IT Support Specialist at Koniag Technology Solutions, providing Tier 1 support for the Social Security Administration and adhering to established standards. Dylan has also held positions in sales and customer service, including roles at inMotionNow, Conn's HomePlus, and Victra, and began a career in fitness as a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym. Dylan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, complemented by additional education at Carolina Career College.
