Alice Moncrieff

Alice (Mentiplay) Moncrieff is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital product management and customer engagement. Currently serving as General Manager of Customer Engagement & Loyalty and General Manager of Digital Product at Coles Group, Alice has previously held key positions at REA Group as Head of Product & Customer for PropTrack and Head of Product for Rent. Additionally, Alice worked as GM of Yellow Digital at Yellow Pages Australia and held various roles at Sensis, including Senior Product Manager. Early career experience includes positions at realestate.com.au as a Digital Producer and Marketing Specialist. Alice holds a Commerce degree in Marketing from Monash University and is pursuing further education at FIA Fitnation.
