Andy Hubbard

Andy Hubbard is an experienced corporate finance professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Coles Group since August 2025. Prior to this role, Andy spent over 15 years at Rothschild & Co, where the positions included Director in Global Financial Advisory, leading various deal origination and marketing efforts and covering sectors such as Consumer, Healthcare, and Business Services. Andy's notable transaction experience includes significant deals such as the Chemist Warehouse / Sigma merger and KKR’s acquisition of Ritchies. Earlier roles included Associate Director, Associate, and Analyst positions in Global Financial Advisory. Andy began a career in finance as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at KPMG Australia. Educational qualifications include an Honours degree in Finance from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
