Ben Reeve

Ben Reeve has extensive experience in retail management, progressing from a checkout role at age 16 to their current position as Head of Store Improvement at Coles Group. Previously, they served as Regional Manager for Coles in both Central Melbourne and Geelong, overseeing large store operations. With a background at Tesco PLC as a Store Manager and experience managing convenience shops at Co-op, Ben has developed a keen understanding of effective leadership and operational efficiencies in retail. Additionally, they own a business called Reeves Roam, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit.
