James Beuth is currently the Litigation Manager and Legal Counsel at Coles Group, where they oversee personal injury litigation across Queensland, New South Wales, and the Australian Capital Territory. Previously, James served as a Litigation Specialist at Coles, as well as a Senior Claims Consultant at Gallagher Bassett. They began their legal career as an Associate at Jensen McConaghy Lawyers, focusing on the defense of common law claims, and held roles as a Claims Manager at WorkCover Queensland and a Claims Officer at Allianz Group. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
