Previous roles include Head of Store Operations WA, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations and performance management, and Head of Supply Chain for the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, focusing on logistics and strategic efficiency. Prior to Coles, Jeff held various positions at Masters Home Improvement, Bunnings, and QSRH, ranging from Regional Manager to State Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence and customer service across diverse retail environments. Education was completed at Kelmscott High School.
