John Crouch

John Crouch is an accomplished HR/IR Executive currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Coles Group. Previously, they held various senior HR roles at Veolia Australia and New Zealand, where they managed employee relations and partnered with executive leadership to implement HR strategies across multiple sectors. John has also gained extensive experience in human resources through positions at organizations such as Fremantle Ports and Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Edith Cowan University and completed a course in Strategic Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
