Karyn O'Brien

Karyn O'Brien is a seasoned project and stakeholder manager known for navigating complex projects with clarity and calm. Karyn has delivered diverse projects across the retail, property, and cultural sectors, including large-scale redevelopments and community facilities. Previously, Karyn held roles such as Tenancy Coordination Manager at Mirvac and Project Manager with various organizations, including the Bank of Queensland and APP Corporation. Currently, Karyn serves as Chair of the QLD Retail Committee at the Property Council of Australia and is a Senior Project Manager at Coles Group, while also running their own consultancy, Setting Up Shop. With a focus on building strong relationships, Karyn is dedicated to driving practical solutions that make a meaningful impact.
