Kate Bailey has extensive experience in brand management and marketing, currently serving as General Manager of Brand, Digital and Media at Coles Group since March 2011, where previous roles included General Manager of Media, Sponsorships and Events, and Head of Marketing Transformation. Prior to Coles, Kate worked at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd as a Brand Manager, focusing on brand and cross-category projects. Earlier in their career, Kate held various buying and product management positions at Aeropostale. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a BS in Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
