Keith Mitchell

Keith Mitchell is an experienced baker with over 20 years in the baking industry. They have worked as a bakery department manager at Coles since 2012, managing daily operations while also consulting small business owners on product sourcing, recipe costings, rostering, and menu planning. Previously, they held positions at Muffin Break, Woolworths, and Captain Cook Cruises WA, where they honed their baking and management skills. Keith completed a Certificate of Proficiency in Retail Baking from TAFE and earned a High School Certificate from Forrestfield Senior High School.
