Liam Mahon

Liam Mahon is an experienced HR and talent consultant with a diverse background in people and culture roles across various organizations. At Mercer, Liam served as a Senior Associate HR & Talent Consultant, providing expertise in workforce strategy and HR transformation, before becoming a Human Resources Business Partner focused on transformation initiatives. In subsequent roles at Coles Group, Liam acted as a P&C Business Partner for the Corporate office and later as a National P&C Manager for Coles Express, collaborating with executive leaders on talent strategies. Currently, Liam holds the position of Head of People & Culture for Supermarket Operations across multiple regions at Coles Group. Prior experience includes recruitment roles in various sectors, including academia at Monash University and earlier positions at 5 STAR Recruitment and Choice Careers AU. Educational qualifications include A Levels from Colchester Sixth Form College and GCSEs from Tabor Academy.
