Niharika is a skilled .NET Developer with extensive experience in software engineering. From 2007 to 2010, Niharika began their career as a Software Developer at Tech Mahindra, followed by a role as an Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2010 to 2016, where they contributed significantly to application development and efficiency improvement. Niharika served as a Tech Lead at [24]7.ai, managing multiple projects and enhancing coding standards until 2017. After roles at EP&T Global and InPayTech Limited, Niharika is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Coles Group since 2024. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology, alongside a Diploma in Electronics and Communication and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics.
