Omkar Redij

Omkar Redij is a Graduate Construction Manager at Synergia Constructions since November 2023, with prior experience as an Architectural Assistant. Omkar currently contributes as a Team Member at Coles Group and has previously worked as a Kitchen Assistant at British Raj and as a Junior Architect at Space Moulders, where responsibilities included managing large-scale weekend housing projects and collaborating with consultants and site engineers. Omkar's professional journey also includes an internship at PCS Architecture, focusing on residential and resort project designs. Omkar holds a Master of Construction Management from the University of Adelaide, expected to complete in November 2024, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai, along with participation in a workshop on earthquake-resistant practices at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
