Siva Kulasingam is an experienced learning and development professional, currently serving as Digital Learning Manager and Learning Systems Manager at Coles since September 2017. Prior to this role, Siva held various positions at National Australia Bank from October 2005 to August 2017, including Head of Learning Solutions and Senior Manager, Design. Siva's educational background includes a Level 1 Coaching certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching, a Cert IV in Training & Assessment from the Australian Institute of Management, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Deakin University, a Bachelor in Behavioural Science - Psychology from Monash University, and a Diploma in Information Studies from Temasek Polytechnic.
