Carly Pingel is an experienced property management professional with a comprehensive background in managing portfolio information, vendor relations, and tenant communications. Currently serving as a Property Manager at ColeTaylor since May 2020, Carly has effectively transitioned from the role of Assistant Property Manager at Westfield Property Services, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing vendor payments, managing tenant relationships, and coordinating building projects. Prior to that, Carly worked with Newmark Knight Frank and Transwestern, accumulating valuable expertise in property operations and administrative support. Carly holds a degree from Florida State University and a high school diploma from Plant High School.
