Daniel Koo

Daniel Koo is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Manager of Business Intelligence at COLFIRE since April 2001, where strategic leadership and innovative thinking are pivotal to advancing the company's vision. Daniel has also held roles as Manager of Claims Technical Operations, overseeing technical and operational matters in the Claims Department, and as Claims Engineer, providing direction in the assessment and settlement of claims. In addition to these roles, Daniel contributes to the education sector as a lecturer at TTAIFA and the Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Institute, delivering training in various insurance topics to support professional development and compliance with legislation. Daniel holds multiple academic qualifications, including an FCII from the Chartered Insurance Institute, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, an MSc in Business Psychology from Franklin University, and a BSc in Physics from the University of the West Indies.
