Benjamin Arco is the Director of Manufacturing at Colgate Palmolive, where they have led sustainability initiatives since 2008, aligning with the Global Sustainability Strategy. With 34 years of experience in Supply Chain, HR, Labor Relations, and Sustainability across various countries in LATAM and the US, they play a crucial role in producing quality products for local markets and exports. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and a post-graduate degree from The University of British Columbia, alongside a Chemical Engineering degree from UNAM Mexico.
