Diego Serpa

Diego Serpa, CPP®, holds an MBA from Harvardx and currently serves as the Security Manager and Head of Security for Brazil at Colgate-Palmolive, where they lead corporate security strategies and manage risk management and business continuity programs. With nearly two decades of experience, Diego has previously worked in various roles including as a Security Manager at PepsiCo, and a Coordinator of Protection at Coca-Cola FEMSA. Additionally, Diego is involved in academia as a mentor and professor, sharing expertise in team development. Recognized as one of the top 30 influencers in the security sector by the Internacional Security Journal, they are dedicated to creating safe environments that enhance organizational performance.
