Ebonique E. currently serves as the Global Head of Employer Brand, EVP & Engagement at Colgate-Palmolive since September 2023. Ebonique's professional journey includes experience in marketing operations at Far Hills Race Meeting- The Hunt, beginning in October 2020, and a notable tenure at Twitter from March 2021 to May 2023, where Ebonique held several positions including Global Head of Talent Strategy and Senior Manager of Global Talent Attraction Strategy & Employer Brand. Prior to Twitter, Ebonique worked at Verizon from September 2017 to March 2021 in various roles focused on talent programs, acquisition, diversity, and campus recruitment strategies. Ebonique earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing & Communications from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
