Manu Dev has over a decade of experience in sales and trade management, currently serving as CDE Direct Trade & Cash & Carry for Colgate-Palmolive since March 2013, overseeing an annual business turnover of 50Cr+ in Modern Trade across Punjab, J&K, and Himachal Pradesh while managing a team of 28 Champions and 2 TL's. Previous roles at Colgate-Palmolive include managing the Traditional Trade Business in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand and overseeing the NCR region of UP. Prior experience includes serving as Territory Sales Incharge at Reckitt Benckiser, handling distributor operations for nearly 2 Cr in business. Manu holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing from Motilal Nehru Institute of Research & Business Administration (MONIRBA) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kumaun University.
