Özer Erdoğan is currently the Regional Design and Packaging Manager for the Africa Eurasia Division at Colgate-Palmolive, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Özer worked at Mondelēz International as a Senior Packaging R&D Engineer from 2015 to 2022, and briefly at Eti as a Packaging Improvement Projects Administrator in the same year. Özer also gained experience as a Flexible R&D Engineer and a Flexible Packaging Production Engineer at Korozo Ambalaj A.Ş. in 2009. Özer earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University, where they studied from 2000 to 2006.
