Tyler Berg is currently the Director of EU Quality & Technical Services at Colgate-Palmolive, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Tyler worked as a Quality Operations Manager for Europe and Japan at Hill's Pet Nutrition from 2016 to 2022, and served as a Corporate Quality Microbiologist at Hill's Pet Nutrition from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Tyler was a Senior Microbiology Specialist at Mars Petcare U.S. from 2009 to 2012 and held the position of Microbiologist II at the Kansas Department of Agriculture from 2007 to 2009. Tyler is also pursuing a B.S. in Biological Sciences from North Dakota State University and an M.S. in Food Safety and Toxicology from Michigan State University.
