Patrick Egan

Patrick Egan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior People & Capability Business Partner at Coliban Water since February 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick worked at Vantage Fuels for nearly nine years, holding various positions including Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Advisor, focusing on recruitment, training, performance management, payroll, and workers compensation. Earlier in the career, Patrick gained valuable experience as a Console Operator at BP, where skills in customer service and data entry were developed. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management and International Business from La Trobe University, completed between 2011 and 2013, and attended Catholic College Bendigo from 2005 to 2010.
