Constanza Rivera

Constanza Rivera is currently the Director of Industry Relations at sesh, where they focus on talent discovery and bridging gaps in the music market. With a background in artist management and brand development, Constanza previously held roles at Interscope Records as a Digital Marketing Manager and at Sony Music Entertainment as a Digital Accounts Coordinator. Their earlier experiences also include positions as a Marketing Coordinator at Disrupción Records and Artistic Curator for Women in Music, Org. Constanza earned a BA in Music Business with 1st Class Honours from the University of South Wales and a MA in Global Entertainment and Music Business from Berklee College of Music.
