Founded in 2018, Collab Research Inc. challenged the status quo with a vision created around the idea of an exponential digital revolution. The frequency of changing markets and industries began to challenge the traditional business structure in unforeseeable ways. Traditional on-site focus group research was being negatively impacted by the economic landscape and changing organizational structures. Researchers, however, continued to crave the tried and true focus group output.

Wanting to provide quality insights researchers could rely on, in a new digital landscape, Collab Research introduced our proprietary digital research model. Built around delivering value aligned precisely to the needs of our customers, we screen participants to meet a rigorous vetting process, making sure they are qualified to handle some of the most difficult research projects. We use 
in a variety of digital tools and platforms to find the most qualified research participants and collaborate with the field management research community and third-party research providers, to assimilate the data to deliver key learnings. 

Moving past the “best-effort” mentality, we commit to producing results, no exceptions, no excuses. Applying our knowledge, insights and understanding on the best approach to identify and secure respondents, we orchestrate outbound requests to crowdsource data responses to client inquiries. Building insights that influence innovation and promotion of client programs, products, and resources, we turn buyer hindsight into purchasing foresight.
