We are a strategic creative and operations firm specializing in the retail, hospitality, and home industries. With 20+ years of experience, we bridge the gap between artistic vision and commercial reality through five core operational pillars:

Strategic Partnerships & Licensing: End-to-end management of artist and brand collaborations, from contract negotiation and relationship management to publicity and promotion.

Brand Strategy & Identity: Shaping brand DNA through creative direction, market research, and "creative connector" services that link brands with global artisans and makers.

Product Development & Strategic Sourcing: Full-lifecycle management from ideation to merchandising, leveraging a global network of partners to develop product lines, packaging, and line extensions.

Creative Operations & Project Management: Providing the structural backbone for execution through budget oversight, calendar management, and access to a comprehensive network of design and CAD experts.

Hospitality Procurement & Design: A full-service approach to property launches, specializing in FF&E and OS&E procurement, vintage sourcing, and logistics support from concept to guest arrival.

From niche artisan projects to large-scale global property openings, we provide the expertise to manage, protect, and scale your creative ventures.

Every business is unique so our offerings are tailored to best fit your own business needs. While the list is comprehensive, it is not exhaustive, so please reach out with any questions.
