Pradeep N. serves as the Associate Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Center at Collabera, a leading minority-owned global digital talent solutions firm, since February 2007. With over 16 years of experience at Collabera, Pradeep has held various roles including Executive Director and Director within the organization, contributing to Collabera's recognition as a top IT staffing firm in the U.S. Prior to Collabera, Pradeep worked at Mphasis and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, gaining experience in customer care and technical support. Pradeep holds a Post-Graduation Diploma in Business Administration in IT from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer from Saurashtra University.
