Tom Wiggins is an experienced Agile Delivery Lead and former Scrum Master with extensive expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Wiggins has held roles at various organizations such as Collabera Inc. for Capital One, Advantasure, TEKsystems, and Bank of America, effectively leading teams and facilitating Agile transformations across multiple projects and teams. A SAFe Agilist, Wiggins has successfully coached teams in Program Increment Planning and introduced Agile processes to newly formed teams. Prior to retirement in October 2022, Wiggins had a long career spanning over three decades in IT, starting as a Mainframe Network Systems programmer and transitioning through various technical and project management roles. Education was pursued at Morehead State University from 1970 to 1972.
