Nick Milner

Nick Milner has over 20 years of work experience in project management and engineering roles. Nick started their career at Lucas Automotive Electronics as a Graduate Engineer, where they completed a 1-year training program before transitioning to the role of Electronics Design Engineer.

In 1998, Nick joined ARM as an Electronics Design Engineer, where they developed hardware platforms and improved design and test processes within the platforms group. Nick later took on roles as a Hardware Project Manager, Software Project Manager, and PMO Process Analyst, successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects and programs for ARM's Engineering Systems and Infrastructure.

In 2014, Nick joined Eckoh plc as a Technical Project Manager, responsible for delivering multiple concurrent projects to provide PCIDSS compliant payment and IVR services for blue-chip clients.

Finally, Nick has been working at Collabora since 2015, first as a Project Manager and currently as a Senior Project Manager. Nick oversees a portfolio of client projects, ranging in value from $40k to $3m, and specializing in delivering open-source software solutions to the commercial world.

Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated their ability to successfully manage projects, deliver key strategic initiatives, and balance the needs of stakeholders.

Nick Milner obtained a B.Eng (Hons) degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick from 1993 to 1996. Nick also holds several certifications, including EU GDPR Practitioner from IT Governance Ltd in June 2018, PRINCE2 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2014, PMI from Project Management Institute in November 2013, ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2013, and PRINCE2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2014.
