Patrick Dombrowski

Patrick Dombrowski, LCSW, has over 18 years of experience in the mental health care sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Collaborative Bridges. In this role, they lead a network of eight organizations to provide integrated care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Previously, Patrick held various positions, including Chief Clinical Officer at Community Counseling Centers of Chicago, where they directed clinical services and quality improvement efforts. They have also contributed significantly as a Senior Case Manager and Lead Clinical Coordinator in other organizations, enhancing service delivery and client outcomes through leadership and innovative solutions. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Linguistics from The Ohio State University, along with a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Spertus Institute.
