Chris Harris is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the legal and conveyancing sectors. As the founder of Collaborative Conveyancing since January 2022, Chris focuses on technology-driven solutions for long-standing conveyancing issues. Prior to this, Chris was the Chief Executive Officer at Lawyer Checker from March 2012 to December 2021, where contributions led to significant market penetration for fraud mitigation services within law firms. Chris also held the position of CEO at Practical Vision Network Limited, overseeing multiple legal entities including Solve Legal Marketing and The Move Exchange. Additional roles include ownership of Today's Conveyancer and leadership positions at Westferry Consultants Limited and LMS, where Chris played a pivotal role in the company's growth and development of key management systems. Chris Harris holds a BA hons in Economics and Politics from the University of York.

Founded in 2022, Collaborative Conveyancing are an innovative, UK-based, technology company. In March 2024 we launched Enquiry Manager - a tool assisting conveyancers to reduce administration associated with additional enquiries. By applying workflow automation with Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing to conveyancing we bring an automated solution for property lawyers that classifies enquiries and structures responses. Through standardised messaging and structured responses this reduces complexity, improves efficiency and visibility and crucially expedites the home buying process.
