The Collaborative Divorce Vancouver Society is a practice community of family lawyers, family therapists and financial specialists practicing Collaborative Divorce in Vancouver. We are a group of forward-looking professionals, continuously expanding our skills to serve clients in new and imaginative ways. We're proud to offer a uniquely holistic and respectful approach to separation for both married and unmarried (common-law) couples and their families. 

We bring a wealth of experience to couples facing the stress and uncertainty of separation and divorce. The close connections within our Collaborative network allow us to match our clients with the professionals who can best guide them through the challenging process of separation and divorce.

All members of Collaborative Divorce Vancouver Society are trained in both Collaborative Divorce and mediation. Many of us trained with founders of the Collaborative movement.
