At Thompson Beverly Hills Hotel, Chelsea served as the Director of Event Sales and Marketing, crafting high-end events for elite clientele and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Chelsea’s role as Director of Special Events at Jonathan Club involved managing over 200 high-end member events annually, while at Rosewood Miramar Beach, Chelsea oversaw a comprehensive program of social events to enhance guest experience. Chelsea's career also includes a period as an Event Manager for Food Art Group, where high-profile culinary events were organized.
