Nicole Desch

Nicole Desch, with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon, has an extensive background in various leadership roles within economic development, business ownership, and board chair positions. Currently serving as Co-Founder and VP Business & Workforce Development at Collaborative EDO, Nicole previously held roles such as Business & Talent Engagement Director at the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce and Owner of Heritage Dry Goods and North + West Collection. Additionally, Nicole has served as Board Chair at Downtown Eugene Economic Development (DEED) and President of Downtown Eugene Merchants.
