Joan Schuman

Joan Schuman is the executive director at the Collaborative for Educational Services, formerly the Hampshire Educational Collaborative, where they have worked since 1993. With over 40 years of experience in educational administration across public and non-profit sectors, they grew an educational service agency from a $2 million budget to a $35 million enterprise over the past 20 years. Joan is recognized for developing innovative and high-quality educational programs and staffing solutions. They hold a Master's degree from Tufts University and an EdD from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, as well as a BA from Smith College.
