Matt Rigney

Matt Rigney is a Director of Workforce Development Programs with a focus on innovation, STEM education, and talent development. Previously, Matt served as the Communications Director for the Striving Readers Project, winning a $16.6 million federal grant, and held positions such as Director of Alternative Youth Programs, where initiatives led to significant increases in student success. Matt authored "In Pursuit of Giants," detailing a five-year investigation into declining fish species, which received critical acclaim and remained in print as part of a notable series. With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England and experience in educational leadership, Matt brings creativity and exceptional communication skills to every endeavor.
