Phil Terry

Phil Terry is the founder and CEO of Collaborative Gain, a startup accelerator and venture capital fund. Phil is also the author of Never Search Alone and Customers Included, and the co-author of Reading Odyssey, Inc. Prior to founding Collaborative Gain, Phil was the CEO of StellaService, an advisor at Harvard Business School, and a member of the advisory board for the Institute of Innovation and Startup Garage at the University of Southern California. In 2020, they sold StellaService to Medallia.

Phil Terry graduated with an A.B. in Political Science from Occidental College and then went on to get their MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School.
