Collaborative Motion offers a range of services focused on helping people to connect to themselves and their body and transform their life, work and relationships.

We offer bodywork and coaching including:
-> Massage Therapy
-> Sex coaching/therapy, sexological bodywork, embodiment coaching, parent coaching
-> Yoga Therapy
-> Training and facilitation

We work with individuals, couples, teams and groups both privately and in organisations. 

We look to help people connect to their body and live aligned with its wisdom. A critical capacity for workplaces, leaders and all individuals wanting to be effective in their relationships and communication and healthy and resilient. When we are connected to our body, we have access to very important information that can help us navigate the demands and stresses of life, work and relationships far more effectively. 
Many notice an increased ability to recognise and communicate their yes's and no's. They report feeling more present and able to care for their body's needs. They may learn to slow down and rest when needed, to experience more pleasure, to feel more resourced under pressure and generally more comfortable in their own skin. This is embodiment and it is at the core much of the work we do.
